As President of the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Service Association, it is my honour to serve the dedicated men and women who uphold the highest standards of courage, professionalism, and public service across our nation. Our Association remains steadfast in its commitment to advancing the welfare, rights, and development of every Fire Service officer—those on the front lines, those providing critical support, and those shaping the future of the Service.

In an evolving national landscape, the role of the Fire Service has never been more critical. Our officers face increasing demands, broader responsibilities, and heightened expectations from the public we serve. It is therefore imperative that the Association continues to advocate strongly for improved working conditions, modern resources, continuous training, and fair representation at every level.

We are focused on strengthening member welfare, enhancing communication, and ensuring transparency in all Association activities. Through collaborative leadership and meaningful engagement, we aim to build an empowered membership body that is informed, supported, and unified.
